Strike #2

This is from a visit in early February, my last clubbing day since the virus shut the world down.

‘Twas a Saturday afternoon and I was in Tampa. Not only was I screwing around at the Hard Rock, but in my rear pocket we’re some blue pills. I’d finally broken down and tried the online prescription thing. Not that I need them, but they’re fun as hell. Here is the interesting part. I logged on to a website to order them at work. I’m typing in my name, answer some physical questions, upload my ID, enter my credit card Info and up pops a window with the requirement for a brief video screening as the final step. ‘Shit!’ I thought as I couldn’t do this at work. I closed the window figuring I’d come back and do it at home later (which was an option.). Well, I forgot. And a few weeks later imagine my surprise when a package shows up without me ever having done the video screening, So it was time to test these things out with the plan that if I won a few bucks at the Hard Rock a mongering we would go! By we I mean me and my buddy Johnson.

I was up just under a grand at 1 pm and said, now is the time. I wanted to go to Scarletts but now they don’t open until mid afternoon on Saturdays which is bullshit! And while the Gold Club is solid, there are some girls that annoy me. You know the type - you’ve got one or two lame dances with them before, you don’t ever want to get dances from them again, yet they will sit with you and cockblock you hoping you throw them another dance or two. So I decided to meander to Clearwater or Port Rickey. I figured I’d start here at Atlantis and work my way north as PR is like shooting fish in a barrel and I felt like giving this club another try.
