Mons

I was staying at a hotel withing walking distance to this landmark, so decided I would head over grab a few drinks and check out the entertainment. From past descriptions, I expected the place to be a lot more crowded and a lot bigger than it was. But apparently I didn't read the descriptions that well - because I also missed that they don't have alcohol. When I got there, I was the only customer. After the waitress informed me that they don't serve alcohol she gave me a tip that there is a liquor store down the street, so I took the advice and went to get a little something. I was welcomed back in for my second visit to Mons Venus a few minutes later.

The waitstaff was friendly, and a few girls came over to chat. The dancers are very attractive and friendly (maybe because I was still the only customer). I was still shocked at the size. It would not take much for the place to seem crowded. As I relaxed with my drink a few dancers came and went and said they would come back for a dance after I settled in. It was not a hard sell, which was nice especially with the dance prices here being higher than I am used to.

Finally a blonde came over who was not really my type but she was rubbing my back (which was crazy tense from travel) and apparently was a trained masseuse. She eventually asked for a dance, and I decided to get a couple since she had spent time on the massage. After the dances, she informed me of the total for the dances, and the total for the massage (even though payment was not discussed.) I quickly decided that the extra $$ was not that much, and not work arguing over as the club is tiny and for sure it would have been heard by all dancers. Instead I just paid for my lesson, and decided to bail. With that many clubs in a small area it seemed like a waste to stay there.
