Very disappointed this time.

DREAMS was my last stop of the night @ 7:00pm after visiting 4 clubs in Largo area. The place is still a dive. Road construction on the East side of the building is something you need to be aware of. Knowing it is a ‘black bar, I expected it & am OK with it. However, there are normally and few ‘others’ in the club. Not this time. Normally, I have felt ‘welcome’ enough (I’m white). But this time it felt a little different. I purchased a $4.00 small coke and settled in. Everyone was OK, but not real friendly. The ladies showed me no attention. I believe there were 4 or 5 ladies. Dressed nicely with their cute outfits. I am a good tipper for the stage dancers, But, only two stage dancers at this time. Again, I tipped well. But, no real response. One 40ish very thin dancer seemed to be promising, however, after her dance sat herself down between the DJ and stage, and just sat there admiring herself. The next dancer up was a younger slightly chunky, gave a good on stage- afterward was occupied by a paying customer- which was great for her (& him). But, not for the rest of us. No one else even came close to approaching me. I’m not sure I will return too soon. Maybe, at an earlier time. I know 7:00pm in NOT really late. This was NOT my normal experience here at DREAMS.
