Mid-week visit to Splendor - a satisfied customer

Went to Splendor for the first time after an especially long day at work for some R&R before heading home. Parking lot was surprisingly busy for a Wednesday night -- well lit, felt safe. Place is across from a rather large hotel and next to a Brick House restaurant so the area is pretty good.

Entered and paid the $11 cover. Bathroom was clean and no attendant which was a nice plus. Went to the main floor, lots of tables with 2-4 chairs occupied mostly by solo white guys. Every single one of them had a girl with them, and there was plenty of additional talent roaming around the club.

Before I could snag a beer at the bar I was intercepted by the "waitress" who I believe is also the floor manager. I asked her for a beer and she directed me to sit a table. After a few minutes she brought the drink and said that a girl would be joining me shortly, but if there was a "particular flavor" I was interested in to let her know and she would have her over immediately. I was pleased to find out it was happy hour as well -- the beer and a tip was $5 which for club prices is a downright steal.
