Have taken a 6 month break from my PL life. But I can only be good for so long. So I reserved my room for Monday night. I roll up to the border around 4pm, cross with zero difficulty, and Jump in the cab. I hear about a free shuttle to HK, but never see it. Roaming around TJ looking for a free ride doesn't sound like a good idea to me, so I just pay my own way. For the first time in my 20+ trips to TJ, the cabbie wouldn't take $5. He said 6, no less. I'm not gonna haggle over a buck, so off we go. A change to note since the last time I went... The VIP card still gets you a large discount on your room, but only 70%, not 80 as in the past. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

My room was great. Strong WiFi, clean, and a kid immediately asked if I wanted extra towels. Always say yes, and give him a buck or two. I napped, popped a Cialis, and recharged after my long drive to get there. After a shower, and a nap I was ready to go.

Man this place is great. There were almost all new faces, but a few old ones. It always surprises me how often I do still see the same girls, for years now.
