I visited VIII recently on a trip to Detroit. I had been to this club before. The layout is the same with three stages. One on the left after you enter with some bar stools around it. One in in front and the other is on further right side. I had a bottle of water so the price was 6.50. There are a lot of waitress that roam asking you if you need anything. The night was dull. Mostly AA dancers that I saw and some white in their early 40s I believe. They have opened up a bar like setup on the right just after you enter. You can smoke here which was good for me. The dancers quality was around 6-7. They were approaching patrons that were tipping the dancers on stage and asking for a dance. This joint is the same I believe since 2001 when I visited it the first time. Bathrooms are the same. You have to pay $10 fee to enter the lap dance area. I went with a AA girl who said she would dance nude for me for $30 a song. She was ok not much grinding. She asked me if I likes any extras to which I responded no. Later on I saw another girl who came out from their dressing room who was petite, had natural breast. She approached me and we both had a smoke then she asked if I was interested in having some fun. She said a bj was $120 I bargained and we agreed on $80 and went in. It was amazing. Mutual touching was allowed. I had a nice time and after I was done I left. Parking lot is safe I believe.
