I met the Massage Girl

I arrived at the Gold Club about 4:30 pm on a rainy afternoon. There are some construction trucks in the parking lot which has been patched again ,so it is better, but not good. It is safe. You enter to an area where they take cover on weekends, no cover during the day. past the entrance you enter the downstairs which has a bar in the back, a seating area all along the right, and a stage in the front area on the right. There are also two other smaller stages with poles. Rarely anyone dancing during the day. There are also stairs leading to the second floor which has sofas and a slightly separate area in the front called the Executive Lounge. Dancers get charged for dances on the sofas and dances in the Executive ($50 for a 15 minute dance in the Executive and $15 for the first sofa dance and $5 there after) so the dances cost more. Many dancers now push for upstairs dances, but the sofa dances are always tamer than hinted at to me.

Most of the dancers were busy or hanging with regulars. The place was busy, I think about 10 customers. I recognized most, but not all of the dancers. There are a few new, younger dancers. Mostly AA or white, although there is also a latina or two and an Asian or two. I was trying to figure out which one if any were worth waiting for when I was approached by a tall brunette who was pretty and almost classy looking. I had not seen her before. I told her that I wanted a drink, and she said no problem, I will wait.

I got a drink which was $9, tipped $2 so total of $11. I think the prices went up recently, but still not crazy. I got it from the cute bartender who makes a decent drink. Problem is, she is cold and far from friendly. Not sure what else I can do.
