Heading downward quickly - hope it recovers for customers

I’ve explained the layout of this place once before but again - you pay cover when you walk in followed by a coat check and a lobby with bathrooms. Then to your right is the main lounge area with the plush couches to hang out on. Then the bar is on the upper level to your right. There are four separate dance areas surrounding the lounge area. Dances are $20 per song. Drinks are expensive yes - but that’s not really the issue ...

This visit was insanely different than my last few visits - and I’ve been seeing an awfully fast downward spiral as a customer. Isn’t it amazing - three to four weeks ago I went here and had no issue spending $700 plus on the girls and drinks. It’s not about the amount of money to me on a night out though - it’s how you feel valued or not valued as a customer. The management here is falling into the trap of only thinking about themselves and the clubs intake - rather than remembering the investment in the customer is what will get you to make that money in the long game. I think they have successfully devested in me now.

A very sneaky secret from this past week - they send emails allll week. Each email has EVERY day listed of the week (Tues-Sat) and the theme of each night. The email list cover said $20 all week on the email and listed every date Tues-Sat. Suddenly - on the email they sent on Saturday they raised the cover price in the print below even though all week it had Saturday clearly listed on the invite with the lower cover. rather than doing the right thing and waiting til Tues of next week to avoid being sneaky - they did this and enforced it.
