Leaves Nothing to be Desired

This is my annual review as I'm always in South Beach in January. for vacation and business. I visited on 1/9/20, 1/18/20, and 1/19/20. On each occasion I came in around 7:00 to get in free (admission is free until 8pm) and also to catch the shift change so I can see the day girls and the night girls. Last year the reviewers accused me of being a shill for the club as my review tended to be a bit effusive and I did not provide enough detail. So, this year I'll be more balanced and provide appropriate detail. So, to start, Tootsie's is like two clubs (or even three if you consider the sports bar). As you come in, you are in a huge room (like a warehouse or airplane hangar) with a long bar to your left, a large elevated stage with dancing poles going up to dizzying heights, and a floor level runway between the elevated stage and the ringside seats. The girls dance nude on stage and then after two songs come down to the runway nude and go around to the ringside customers and strut their stuff up close - very close - to get tips. I think there's probably 30 ringside chairs. (There's auxiliary stages and bars further back in the room that can be used when the place gets really crowded.) There are several lap dance rooms with the usual lap dance booths - lap dances are done with the g-sting on (but the girls will give you a frequent peek), otherwise completely nude. Dances are $25. There's a Champagne room with more privacy. I haven't been in one for awhile but, if memory serves, they are VIP type small room with a curtain - reasonably private. It's a full bar and plenty of waitresses to serve you. Drinks are cheap until 8pm and reasonably priced thereafter. Then upstairs for a $20 admission is the 'Next Level' which is a platform (half floor) that looks down into the main club. There's an upscale bar and groups of couches, the ones close to the stage overlook reserved for 'bottle service' and bachelor parties. There's a small stage in the couch area to the left of the bar where girls coming off the big stage come up to dance on - normally topless. (They have removed the upstairs lap dance room - a mistake in my opinion.) Beyond the bar is a corridor with 'sky boxes' to the left (four or five) and smaller private rooms to the right, again four or five. There's private restrooms on the corridor. The sky boxes are larger rooms with a full sized couch, two love seats, a coffee table, credenza, and a large TV. One end of the room is a window looking down into the main club below. The sky boxes are suitable for a bachelor party or a 'one on one' private show with a dancer or maybe a 'two on one' with two dancers. The smaller rooms to the left have a love seat and are also suitable for one on one private shows. The doors are covered by heavy curtains (as is the window overlooking the main club) and the corridor is closely watched by one or more bouncers. If you like privacy, you have it. Now to the girls: There's anywhere between 20 to 30 and maybe upwards of 60 or more in the club depending on time and day of the week. The girls range from acceptable (7) to total knock-outs (9-10). Yes, there are some very full figured girls - some guys like that, There's a predominance of Latinas (It's Miami!), a majority of them Cubans. But there's also plenty of white and AA girls... and every mix and shade in between. For some reason Asians are rare. A portion of the Latinas are the big butt type (some, I have heard, even surgically altered) - you will be in heaven if that's your thing. All the girls, as far as I can tell, are nicely accommodating. Many are very accommodating. In other words, any kind of extras you are looking for are available. If you are looking for something that can be comfortably done on a love seat, take a Champaign room or one of the small rooms upstairs. If you like to stretch out and get really comfortable, take the big sky box room with the full length couch. The big sky box rooms are $150 for a half hour and the small ones are $100. Tip the manager when you go into the room to make sure he's not too strict on the time limit (they seldom are). The rooms are somewhat more expensive at peak hours. I believe the Champaign rooms are $75 (haven't used one in awhile). Pricing for extras runs up to $350 if you want everything. Some girls will ask for more, but $350 should really be your absolute ceiling (remember the house is getting the $150) as 'there are plenty of fish in the sea.' Unless you are totally infatuated with a girl and have no budget, ask around until you get the right price. Here's my advice on how to navigate this club: If you can, come before 8pm and get in free and get a cheap drink to start. Buy the $20 wristband to get upstairs. If you are in a hurry, there will always be three of four very accommodating girls sitting at the end of the upstairs bar just at the top of the stairs/elevator. Talk to them and you will likely get what you want quickly. If you have more time, even though you have the wristband, take a look al the line-up which is posted on a TV screen near the men's room. See if there's a previous acquaintance that you would like to reconnect with. if not, sit ringside, watch the show and interact with the girls on the runway. Most of the time the girls, after they come off stage and do the ringside, are required to go upstairs and do a dance on the small upstairs stage. If you see someone you like at ringside, you can tell her that you will go upstairs and meet her as soon as she comes off stage. (If you wait for her to come down, it could be an hour because someone upstairs might take her to a skybox.) When she comes up and does her upstairs dance, go to the couches and get a lap dance (you can go downstairs to one of the downstairs lap dance rooms but that's a hike). Check her out and get a feel (pun intended) for how accommodating she is. You can usually find out by simply asking, 'how's your private show?' Most girls will be completely honest if they don't offer what you want. Then you can do your negotiation and go straight to the room. If she doesn't offer what you want, ask her if she has a friend in the club who does. Most girls will make a good recommendation. Based on this trip I highly and without reservation recommend Kate (Latina/Cuban/American speaks English well) and Brandy (a 'girl next door'). Also check out Nellie and Geisha and, of course, after you see her on the pole, Sweetness. Girls are usually very forward about OTC and will give you their number. However, as some other reviewer remarked, there's a high no show rate. By the way, the food in the club is quite good. So, if all you come for is to have a few drinks, get a burger, and watch the show... maybe get just a few lap dances... you can have a very good time at a reasonable price at this club.. In the afternoon there's a 'spin the wheel' game, dance specials, and sometimes, featured dancers. In my book, for format, quality of women, and price, this is one of the best clubs in the country... but you do have to have the budget if you want the full experience.
