VIP isn't very private.
So the club seems safe enough. Parking along the building was well-lit. Paid the cover and at the front counter they said the extra fee for the VIP area was going to be more if you don’t buy it when you first pay for admission, so I went for it. Felt a bit hustled, but I went for it.
Every dancer there was Cubana, very little English spoken, and every customer had on a hoodie sweatshirt from their day working outside in construction or landscaping. No ties, no collars, no gringoes but me. Overdressed in pants and golf shirt.
Girls were kind of cliqued together. They’d come into the main room and scurry off to the edges to hang with their gal pals. Very little circulation. Main stage and a smaller stage (closer to the entrance) were both working, which was nice.
