Female bouncer, male bartender, what is going on?

It's been a while since my last HL visit so I've decided to drop by around mid-afternoon. Parking lot was fairly full which always seems to be the case. Surprisingly I was greeted by a female bouncer (that's a first for me in HL) not sure if she's been there just recently or not. Anyway, they do scan your ID but no pat down (I was looking forward to that...) No cover either as it's still early in the afternoon.

Walked in and I noticed it's extra dark for some reason (almost to a point like BSC dark). Lots of tables/chairs but were fairly packed other than the front section. To my left is the VIP area, I went to the right and towards the bar as I hate sitting up front. Kitchen was open but I've already ate. There's a male bartender there now, used to be all females as I recall. Maybe the bartender and bouncer switched roles. Got my usual Vodka/redbull, 2 for 1 drink or you can make it a double. I picked 2 drinks instead, it was 12 and I got a RECEIPT which is a first here for me.

Once my eyes adjusted I realized why the back was darker, the turned off all the black lights that's on the ceiling, they did kept some on for tables closer to the stage area. A lot of customers but not a lot getting dances. The wall section was full so I waited for a spot to open. After 2 drinks I needed a bathroom break, I had to walk all the way around from the bar, towards the VIP, towards the main stage and at the end, it's the door to your left (there's another door by the bathroom but that's for dancers.
