Sorry excuse for a club.

There is a big billboard across the street that reads “$2 Tuesdays and locals get in free”. The locals free part has always been true but I stopped to see what the brand new management was offering with the $2 promotion.

Was asked for ID at the door but that’s often been the case so no biggie. No scan or anything like that t when I turned to enter the bouncer said $10 cover please. I had just shown my local ID so I reminded him and his response was that new policy as of yesterday. He also said they no longer open 24/7 but new hours are 5pm to 5am, not good for my normal afternoon clubbing either. Of course I did not pay and I did not enter so I can’t comment on if there are other changes. I went down the road to another somewhat local club nearby, Play it Again Sam, and had a great time.

Looks to me like Cheetahs has decided they would rather go out of business than continue the few things that made them fun. They cannot compete with the Big tourist clubs in talent, club or anything else. Btw, at 9pm there were less than 5 cars in the lot and that would include dancers also.
