Definitely not the top tier talent this time.

Yet another review of Angels. Since I live too far from most of the other WV joints, this is my "go to" whenever I'm feeling froggy and want to check out the local talent. I got there around 10pm on a Friday night. There were several cars in the parking lot which was a good sign. When I got in, however, there were more dancers than customers. Most of the girls were hanging out around the bar. The music was going, but there was no one dancing. I sat at the bar as usual and got a drink. One of the dancers sat next to me and we started chatting. She was a nice lady (I say "lady" cause she was probably the oldest of the bunch, not a bad thing tho) and we chatted pretty much until it was her time to dance. I bought her a couple of drinks prior to her heading to the stage, then I went to sit stage side and watch her perform. I enjoyed watching her, she had a unique dance style which I've never seen in other dancers. Three women having their "ladies night" came in and sat at the stage, which, of course, means the dancers gravitate towards them during their performances. After the dancer I was chatting with was finished, I went back to the bar. I stayed for less than 2hrs. I was NOT impressed nor interested in any of the dancers working that evening......sans the lady I was talking to. Maybe I'm just getting old, but I don't think I'll be venturing there again anytime soon.
