Closed for renovations, or closed for good?

Drove by the G Spot weds afternoon hoping to get a few dances. There is currently a sign on the door that says "closed for renovations until further notice"

I shifted gears and went a minute down the street to Old Glory Daze and talked to a dancer there who works at both bars. Apparently there was a bad fire inside of the G Spot. I was told that the damage was bad enough for the place to be entirely gutted, and the city came out and disconnected the utilities. It sounds to me that the building could be a total loss, and the business closed for good.

I can also regretfully report that Sassy did not die in the fire.
