Very Good but Not Great IMO

Near Love Field. Not too far off of 35W. The surrounding buildings appeared to be all industrial / commercial. My impression was that the club’s lot is fairly cordoned off, so the immediate area of the club felt fine to me. I could maybe see walking as far as the Comfort Inn (about ½ a block) but I wouldn’t want to hike further than that.
