Hot Girls, Good VIP Visit to the Rhino

This is the first of three reviews (SR, Sapphire, and Little Darlings) during a recent trip to Vegas. I went to SR mid-afternoon on a Tuesday afternoon because this place tends to be a 7-up factory, and because they run a ridiculously cheap lunch special. When I first walked in, the security guy asked to see my ID and then was about to scan it with an ID scanner. Apparently, mandatory ID scan is a new thing at SR that they just started very recently - I think the guy said that they just started doing it this week. I asked him how long they kept the data, and he said he had no idea. I would normally have turned around and walked out, but against my better judgment, I let him scan my ID. He asked me how I got to the club. Since I drove myself, there was no cover charge for this time of day. If you take a cab, they have to pay a spiff (kickback) and will charge you more. During the evenings, if you take a cab, I believe the cover is $54. I got patted down and wanded for weapons before being let into the club.

SR is super dark inside, and I could barely see the manager who greeted me. Although I already knew the pricing, I let him do his schpeal. Dances on the floor are $20, and VIP pricing is basically $100 for every 15 min: $100 for 15 min; $200 for 30 min; and $400 for an hour. He neglected to mention that there is also a mandatory $50 minimum drink purchase for every block of time that you buy. So if you buy two 15 min blocks, you have to buy $100 worth of drinks. Better to buy one 30 min block and get charged only one $50 fee - assuming that the girl will give you a good dance, which is never a sure thing. Regardless of what type of drinks you get, whether they're just water, soda, mixed, or straight up, it's $50 for the two drinks.

Since it was the afternoon, half of the club floor space was closed off. There's a stage in the main room with poles, and there's seating all around the stage. This is a topless club, so bottoms stay on at all times during stage dancing and dances with customers. There are benches along two sides of the club where the girls were doing floor dances (or just hanging), and there's small tables and nice padded chairs everywhere else. The VIP area is towards the entrance of the club on the right side as you first walk in. Although it was the afternoon, there were about 30 girls working. There was a large contingent (perhaps 10) of Cuban/Brazilian girls sitting together along one wall. There was also one Asian girl, one AA, and the rest were white. The girls ranged from 6.5-8s, and most were in good shape. There were no fatties among them, and there was a large variety of body types. I'd say about 1/3 of the girls were enhanced. The bathroom troll was already set up, and he told me he started operating at 2 p.m.
