Weds in December

Went to Bogies a few weeks before Christmas. I arrived at 3:30. I thought the Christmas rush might unearth a few exceptional diamonds in the rough. Unfortunately this was not the case this time. Far too many fuglies this day...I realize this place is hit or miss and the day chosen was probably not the best. The wait staff was courteous (albeit a bit tipsy I think...no problem). I had a burger and it was decent. Smoke permeated the air per usual. The layout of this place is pretty odd. I really never know the best place for viewing and interacting with the dancers (although I have been here quite a few times). I sat near the main stage this time by the DJs area. As we all know, the place is a bit of a dump but can be a lot of fun if your timing is right (it was not on this day).

I was hoping to see Kelly...but she has apparently not been seen for a while. The only other "winner" was Rocky. She is very sexy and great in the back from previous experiences but I passed (probably should not have because there was little else here or at Henry's that interested me. DId a bit of stage tipping and conversation with a few of the others (can't remember names...I think Pam was one of them...was the best of the lot other than Rocki). The first few drinks went down pretty fast so I decided to go to cokes instead.

I decided to bolt and check out Henrys at 6...not much luck there either. Thought about FC, but figured with the astronomical club prices, dancer fees, and dancer expectations in some instances, it was best to chill until after the holidays. I will return to Bogies in search of a Diamond in the Rough...
