More of the same, but a little less than usual

So I haven't been here in a while, but I decided to visit with a friend of mine, one last time before the end of the year. We stopped by Dec 30, the last day they were open in 2019. When we walked in, there were about 8 dancers on the main stage, which is enclosed by the main bar. They were all basically the same body type, thin with smaller tops, mostly eastern euros, with a couple of latinas, and 1 woc. We decided to start upstairs in the cigar lounge to enjoy a smoke and get settled in with a couple drinks. We were met by our favorite bartender who gave us both big hugs and asked where we've been and what brings us back after all this time. It's good to be remembered. We chatted a bit and she brought us our usual drinks, which she still remembered (it's been a long while since we've stopped in).

As we drank and smoked, a few girls would stop through during their breaks to have a quick smoke. They chatted it up with the regulars. It's a very laid back area, where you're never pressured to buy a drink or dance. I'm glad that this hasn't changed at all. The champagne rooms are also up here, but they're not very private at all. Each one has a one way mirror so the bouncers or bartender can check in to make sure nothing illicit is going on in there. Clothes stay on, but any amount of groping can happen, so long as the girl allows it. If I heard right, the current rate is $220 for the hour, but I could be wrong. No matter the price, I really don't see that being a deal.

After a few drinks, we headed downstairs. There were about the same number of girls as earlier, but now an Asian joined the mix. With a seat at the bar, the dollar parade can be rough, but that night, there weren't a lot of dancers, so it wasn't as bad. The major turn off this time around was that several of the dancers had ZERO personality and one was totally clueless. That girl, we complimented that she had nice legs, and she just replied with "Why?" At that point, I had no interest in private dances, but my buddy did. He got a few dances from the Asian girl. $20 a song, plus tip. The dances are held in separate, small, walled off areas, with windows and bead curtains for doors. It's easier to get a little more hands on as it's darker down there than in the champagne rooms, but still the bouncers will check in on things if you've been in a room a while.
