Usually a Good Time

Been here probably 10 times, but hadn't been in Charlotte for a few months so decided to drop in a little after 11. Now this Monday was December 30th, so it was busier than a typical Monday with people being off work for the holidays with 15 to 20 patrons. I've come here before early in the week and been greeted by a nearly empty club, so it can be a hit or miss then.

Of the clubs in Charlotte, this is the one I like best for the price range. While the Mens Club is just down the street from here with hotter girls on average, floor dances are $20 and every girl will try to upsell you. The Gold Club has had at least a couple attractive dancers working every time I've been and there is much less of a push for an upsell here.

When you pull into the parking lot you got to look out for potholes. When you get inside you have to check-in and they scan your ID. You can go to MAL's website and print out a free admission pass, otherwise its a $10 cover. Once inside its a larger club with one small side stage and a large main stage. Think there is a second small stage, but never seen a girl on it. Stage show is not constant here, especially early in the week. Not a fan of the bar positioning here as there can be pillars blocking your view of the stage depending on where you sit. All floor dances are out in the open, so you can get an idea of what to expect from a girl before getting a dance usually. When getting a floor dance I usually go over to the area right of the stage so my chair is against a wall. Sometimes when getting a dance on the main floor the chairs start to move too much because they are all on wheels. There is a $30 a dance upstairs option, but typically this is not worth it since floor dance here are at least decent typically. I've had floor dance that range from no use of hands to ones that are great two way contact. Depends on the girl and maybe on what bouncer is working. Every hour they run a 2 for $40 upstairs and give you a fruity shot with it. I typically partake because I like sitting on the bigger, even if fairly worn down, couch and the shot isn't bad.
