Random metal detection wand on entering
Arrived about 5:00. After scanning my ID, taking my $10 entrance fee and $5 for the lap dance area bracelet, the door guy said they are now randomly using a metal detection wand on people when entering, and scanned me with the detection wand. I'm in my late 50s, a skinny white guy, not sure why they thought I was more of a threat than the three early 20s gang-banger types who entered the same time I did, but whatever. I've been going to this club since 2001 and have never seen this before.
There were 5 other customers when I entered. Two of the five stages had dancers, with no one tipping. I stage tipped for a few sets and got the normal $2 mini-lappers at stage, then went with a favorite for 3-for-$100 private dances, and enjoyed the extensive two-way touching. Single lap dances are $35. No idea what drink prices are, but since the club does not serve alcohol it probably doesn't matter.
There were two decent looking black girls, and one chunky older black dancer. Three Hispanic dancers, again two decent ones and one that was way too skinny. Six white dancers, three were good-looking, two were OK and one in her 50s that should have stopped dancing a long time ago.
