Gorgeous dancers
Palomino is my favorite club in Vegas, and I always go at least once when I'm in town. It's a bit of a ride up from the strip. In addition to taking longer, this also means the club is less willing to send their limo for you if you're alone. You can get a lower cover charge by riding to Jerry's Nugget across the street and walking. If you cab/rideshare directly to the club, they'll charge more. On my last trip to Vegas, my first visit to Palomino on Tuesday was $60 for a limo ride and three drink tickets. Then on Friday I took Lyft to Jerry's (about $15) and the cover charge was $10. Drink prices are low compared to most other Vegas clubs. A bottle of water was $6. Other drinks tend around $10 rather than the $15-20 at other clubs.
Through the front door you're in a long hallway. Down the hallway you pass the restroom on the left, a door on the right to the extended floor space, the stairs on the left up to the VIP area, and finally opening out onto the main club room. There's a single stage with a long catwalk out from the back wall ending in a circle, with poles along the stretch and in the circle. There's seating on both sides of the stage. To the left, and up a step, is the bar with a handful of high-top tables. Heading back towards the door from the stage end, on the other side of the wall, is more seating and then a small, floor-level stage. The club feels a little dated and worn, but not sketchy. The ceiling in the main club area is high, making the space feel larger than it is. They've made a small change since my last visit. The back wall of that side area, which used to have a bench for floor dances, now has been curtained off for additional VIP dance space.
The dancers at Palomino are reliably and often stunningly beautiful. It's the only club where I can easily spend time just watching the dancers on the stage. Even those that aren't amazing performers are a pleasure to watch. They have a good variety of ethnicities, and bodies varying from thin to curvy. They're all fit, including the thicker/curvier ones. And many of the women are very skilled performers on the stage and pole. Every stage performer gets nude as part of their set. I would go to this club just for the stage show. In my experience the dancers here tend to be a bit less aggressive, and more chatty than other clubs. This was true again on my recent visits. I only had a couple of dancers simply ask for a dance. Others chatted and asked to join me for a while. Several were fun, flirty conversationalists.
