Nice club, but not special

I was back in Las Vegas for a trip and decided to hit a number of different clubs through the week. The first was Treasures. I'd originally planned to try out their steakhouse, but ended up not going until shortly after midnight. I called for the free ride. They were especially aggressive about avoiding the cab spiff this time. The driver suggested I wait inside because there are "poachers" that could swoop in outside, and warned me that I'd end up paying a cover if I went with anyone else. The ride was a Tesla X, which was a bit unique. I was the only pickup. It's a short ride from the strip. There was no cover charge, but they did charge me up front $40 for a two-drink minimum.

The club is fairly large, with a big rectangular space near a large stage set up like a theater with curving staircases on either side and a single light-up pole. There's also an extension that leads from that space to the entry door with a smaller, floor-level stage and a regular pole. The ceiling is high, and the furniture is comfortable and not excessively crowded together. The main floor has a bar, and circulating waitresses were attentitve. I didn't buy any drinks beyond the ticekts I had from entry, so I don't know what individual drink prices are, but the $20-per from the "cover" charge gives a pretty good idea.

The stage performances were mediocre. The lit pole seemed too thick to be used for tricks, and was largely ignored by the dancers. Many people seemed to ignore the stages, and on average there wasn't a lot of energy in the dancing. The floor stage was a bit better. Possibly being closer to people inspired a bit more energy from the performing dancers. Tips resulted in a little attention, but very little interaction.
