Depends who you see, I guess?
I've never felt so nervous or comfortable in a space before. I've been to Wackos about 10 times already, but have stayed clear since the most recent busts due to work and feeling a bit uncomfortable with the scene. (Sometimes I feel invincible, other times, afraid to go into a club..maybe it's the current culture of Jacksonville?)
Anyway, I go in, grab my 2 for 4 Bud Light and have a seat at the third stage, which has always been my favorite spot since that is where the last stage is, as well as tracking the VIP a bit to feel the traffic and how long they are back there. I imagine there are connections with that and successes.
I feel a bit uneasy this time around. Almost like I'm being stared down or watched. Not in a good way at all. I continue to tip every dancer and got another 2/4 special when a brunette A approaches me and makes insincere small talk but is flirting a bit and pushes VIP, I think why not? She spoke a solid game. Dance prices are $30. She brings me to a back booth to the side and really most of everything couldn't be seen by a bouncer that cared just enough. The original corner booths were blocked off now.
