Mileage Much Improved...

First let me just address the issue that always comes up when talking about San Diego clubs. Yes, you can just go to TJ and get much more bang for your buck but going to Mexico is often a hassle. Depending on the time of day and traffic, it may not be the much cited 25 minute drive to the border. Then you have to find a secure place to park, walk across the border and get a reputable taxi driver to the clubs. In actuality, the trip across the border is often more like 45 – 90 minutes. Since I am often on a tight schedule, the time and hassle are not worth it. Plus I am not the biggest fan of Mexican ladies (most of them too short and too thick for my taste) and the 3rd world cheapness of Mexico is depressing to me. That being said, HKTJ can be great but for me it is not always the most convenient or attractive option.

This is where Cheetahs comes to the rescue. The sad reputation of clubs in San Diego is well deserved, but I think Cheetahs is the exception. There are usually 1-2 stunning all-American bombshells at the club, the prices are reasonable and there are multiple TVs to watch sports when the dancers get boring.

First logistics. The club is in an easy to access from the 163 freeway. Parking is free, easy and safe. If you have the VIP card, your admission is $10 during the day. This includes a lunch from the sports bar next door and two drinks. The food is average bar fare. Nothing fancy. Usually I just get the burger and fries. There is never any hassle to buys drinks for the girls. You will be expected to tip each dancer $1-2 when they come off the stage and walk around to collect their tips. I think that is reasonable.
