A DC Classic and kind of a mixed bag

Camelot is definitely an old dc institution. You check in with the bouncer and are immediately passed off to a host who will lead you to a seat of his choosing. However when I requested a different city, for the proximity to the stage as well as a specific waitress, he was nice enough to oblige.

The downstairs is dimly lit with the exception of a small stage with a pole. It’s been years since I’ve gone upstairs but I remember the layout being simple. It’s more of an old school place so the music is a jukebox rather than a dj. A few customers will go up to the stage to tip but for the most part they stay seated as they know the dancers are going to come around to get tipped when they get off stage.

The variety of girls seemed to have a little something for everyone. The first three up were a blonde, who definitely had some work done, but suited her well, named Jamie, followed by a curvy mixed girl named Kari, and a petite Latina named Adriana I believe. All were cute but none blew me away. Also, I think it’s more of a reflection of the size of the stage than any of the dancers, but like work and movement was limited. Maybe more effort is given as the night gets later.
