A Wednesday at Diamonds

Spent about 3 hours at Diamond’s last Wednesday evening.

Paid the $10 cover and entered the club around 8:30 after walking through a metal detector and quick pat down. Club was fairly dead as expected for a Wednesday evening just a few gentlemen, who looked like regulars. I wasn’t drinking this evening so ordered a water from a sweet waitress who seemed almost apologetic when she told me it would cost $4.25. Personally I hate when clubs do this, just make the water $4 or $5 dollars I promise I’ll tip your waitress a couple of bucks each drink regardless of cost. I suppose maybe there are a few cheap bastards out there though.

Being early in the evening and on the weeknight meant the four ladies in the club were on constant rotation for the stage shows which consist of three songs each. The first in lingerie, second topless, and third fully nude. Gone are the evening gowns I remember from the last time I had been to the club, some 14 years ago and just like me the ladies have gained a few pounds over those years as well.
