Been here a few times but overall I prefer bucks cabaret down the street. I think more of the girls here are open to extras but most of them aren't that good looking imo.
The one advantage it does have over cabaret is that it is a large club with plenty of room. There's a large private lap dance area that you have to pay $10 to access but that will last the entire night. There's a vip area upstairs that cost around an extra $30 to access if I remember right. I've done it once and really couldn't recommend unless you really want to play pool.
If you're looking for extras I'd recommend going when they're doing their dance specials (every Sunday and the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month) as the girls seem eager to earn a little extra cash on those days.
