Is Fantasy Island Finally Closed For Good??

Back in LA after a long time and was looking forward to another visit to Fantasy Island. Recently went by a few times and it seems like after several different owners, management, etc, Fantasy Island is finally closed. It's all dark inside & outside, neon signs are all turned off, and thought I saw some stuff boarded off. Can anyone else confirm? Thanks!!
