2nd try is not the charm

This is my second time coming to Shakers. The first time was over a two years ago. The first time I went I wasn't too impressed with it to come back because I found better options at bars in the area. But I decided to give it another chance because it wasn't my worse experience at a club.

I went here on a Thursday evening around 10:30pm. I think this was around the same time I went last time. There is no cover to get in. The place is very small. The circle bar takes up majority of the club. There is no standing room, so I wonder what it will be like on a more crowded night, when no seats are available. It was easy to get a beer from the bartender. I remember it not being very expensive, probably around $5 a beer. The bartender was friendly. They have a long stage in the middle of the bar enough room for a few dancers at a time. Dollar parade wasn't so bad, I have experienced much worse. The girls do come around outside the bar to seat and chat with you.

They have semi private lap dance areas. It’s basically 4 big arm chairs and each have a semi see through curtain around it. These chairs are directly next to the bar, so there isn't even the privacy of another room. You basically can only make out the silhouettes of the customer and dancer. Dances are $20 each and there is no vip room. This semi private curtain is what determines the mileage, there are some girls that won't do anything more than grind because you can still kind of see through it. But some girls will flash etc. Just need to get the right girl.
