Almost fell in love (again) at Torps

Stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon to check out the lunchtime staff working and grab a bite to eat. I parked at one of the metered spots on the street just past the train station and headed over to the front door. No bouncer or door fee during the day so I made my way around the large round bar and took a seat against the mirrored wall. Friendly brunette bartender Dawn came by with her lovely smile to take my drink order. Six bucks for a corona and I ordered some chicken tenders as well.

Waiting for my lunch to be served I perused the selection of girls working that day. Mostly latinas, maybe 7 or 8 with a smattering of older Russians and one of two American girls as well. The hottest girl there was sitting with the guy next to me so I was only able to make brief eye contact. Later I found out that was Holly but she went back for a lap dance shortly after I sat down.

As the dollar parade began a Brazilian named Bruna asked if she could sit down next to me. She was young maybe 25 with dark skin, short and curvy. Her English was excellent and we made some small talk as I waited for my lunch to arrive. When it did she excused herself telling me she’d be back later for a dance but she never did make her way back over.
