Cellar still Cellar but not a total disaster

Still has $5 cover. Honestly I think I only had one beer so I don't know if they enforce the 2-drink minimum I'd read elsewhere. I was a good sport and gave bartender a decent tip for the hell of it.

There were two girls working like salt and pepper. The one had quite a bit of bass and treble. The other was ok and could have looked much better after a few more drinks.

They were both nice and conversational. The place was otherwise empty except for some skinny alcoholic MF who showed up after I got there and someone else playing slots.
