Wow! Why can’t Tucson be easier to get to?

Raider’s is one of the best. It is just so sexy. The club is just over a mile from the Davis-Monthan main gate with lots of well-lit parking. Although the building is antique, it has been well maintained. The furniture is good for a club, the tables are bussed regularly and the bathroom is clean.

You will be scanned with a metal detector before entering and pay a $5 cover. No request for ID. Inside chairs and table essentially make a arch around three stages. Behind them is another row on the back wall. Some ladies hang out in these less conspicuous chairs but are available if you just slide in beside them. The ladies crowding around the bar are shoulder to shoulder and not particularly welcoming.

This evening all three stages were in use. A gal would start on the main stage for a song, move to the next and finish on the third with the third song. I sat within tipping distance of the third and easily had ladies step off the stage on to my lap.
