Exit 11 - seems worth it. Will definitely be back.

Exit 11 is on a fairly quiet street right off of 280 (exit 11 hahaha so funny). There’s parking near the Orange train station or around the corner. There’s also some street parking in front and a small lot across the street. It’s not a fantastic area but they have two security guards out front when I arrived around 10:30.

Walked in and the restrooms are right up front. Clean and bright.

DJ booth is close by and there were a few girls hanging out up front. There’s a bar on the left (hookah bar maybe?) and just past that is a U shaped bar with the stage behind it. There’s also some high top tables across from the hookah bar.
