CLs: Old Reliable.
Haven't reviewed in a while what I now consider the most dependable spot in the 'Burgh. I've been going to CLs for years, and I like the fact that it is pretty easy to be invisible on a busy night. I can endure a little hassling from dancers that aren't my cup of tea, but usually all it takes is a little body language to be as participatory (or not) as I like. With the three stage setup (usually the dancer does 1 song per stage, then moves to the next) you get a nice long time to feast your eyes and get to know the dancer's personality. By the time they hit the small stage in the middle, you can get up nice and close and make conversation or show appreciation.
I guess their stock in trade is still the Suicide Girl-style femme fatal, lots of tattoos, tend to be skinny, occasional aggressive piercings, etc. I don't have a problem with that, a lot of these girls are very sexy, in a youthful way. There tend to be fewer "past their prime" ladies these days, and you see a lot less of the big bellies and stretch marks that are pretty reliable at some of the other clubs. Diversity has improved a little bit.. fewer Asians than there were a couple years back, but more AA.
Have always had a thing for sexy Sativa, and usually have a really nice time in pvt. Have always had a thing for Nicole, have never quite clicked with her, though. Door and desk staff, bouncers are great. Bartenders usually a little aloof, but nbd, nothing really to read into.
