Hit or miss.. but when it's a hit it's great

It's possible to have a great time here, if you play things right. I'm going to base this review on my aggregate experience here based on a half dozen visits over the past few years, and what has worked for me. But per the title this is a super YMMV club. Before I get into details I want to mention an underrated aspect of clubbing that I think is extremely critical in general but especially at Harem - choosing the time of day you go.

Harem is night shift only with doors opening at 6, and a $20 cover but no expectation to buy any drinks. As it is all nude, it is BYOB beer and wine, but I usually don't. My preferred arrival time is 9ish. I don't want to be the only one there, but it's happened. Likewise I don't want a huge crowd. I want to be able to maximize my chances of spending time with the dancers of my choice, which is harder than with a crowd. There are also other benefits here to being early, which I will go into later. So I am willing to take the positives of more attention and less crowd because they outweigh the risks of it being too empty, which means I am tipping more on the stage than I'd prefer. Usually when I arrive there are about 6-10 other customers, which is a good sweet spot. The rest of the review I will break down into three areas: stage, lapdance room, and VIP.

Stage - your only option here is to sit right up around the stage in these hard chairs. I don't mind though because I can see how the vibe is with dancers and can also pre-reserve a lapdance before they come around after their set. Dancers here are of a good variety, a lot on the younger side with some milfs, white girls, black, and Latina. No Asians I ever saw. There are tvs around usually showing sports. Overall the stage is acceptable and gets the job done.
