I See A Bad Moon Rising

This was my second visit at Moon Lounge, with the first being aborted by a locked door that was finally attended to by a very elderly (with a few teeth missing) Korean woman. The entrance to the bar is the door on the right of the building. This time, I was able to walk inside. Upon entering the bar, you are greeted by a pool table (which my not work). The bar is to the left after you walk in. There is a stage near the back of the club and a few table booths, which make for an interesting layout if they wanted to make the club unique.

Anyway, on this night, there were two women working, I would say the youngest was at least 50. Neither were very interested at first, but one finally came up to serve me a drink and I naturally bought her a drink to chat. Her drink was $12.00, the typical fair for a lady drink on Telephone. Her name was M----. She was probably in her 50's with some obvious surgery and her teeth were not the best. At this point, I wasn't feeling it, but decided to stick around for some conversation and see where things go. Unfortunately, her English was not great, but we were able to communicate a bit.

As a new customer, she proceeded to give me the 20 question treatment of who I was, what other bars on telephone I had been to, which women did I know, etc. Apparently, I failed her examination as she remained distrustful of me and the conversation petered out. She recommended I go to the only other bar that is south of 610. Chuckling a bit to myself, I agreed with that idea and said my goodbyes.
