Lame evening at Rick's
I used to be a regular at Blush when I lived in the neighborhood. The dancers used to be friendly and the bar tenders were nice. I had a great time almost every time I went to Blush. I visited Rick's cabaret after a long time on a weekday evening, around 10 pm. Since it was a weekday, I wasn't expecting the club to be busy. However, I wasn't prepared for the dullness that I experienced in the 30 minutes I sat there. There were about 20/30 people in the club and I think there were about 5 to 10 dancers.. I am guessing as most of the dancers were busy going upstairs to lounge and not caring to engage with the patrons. There were 1 or 2 dancers who sat at the bar browsing their phone or talking to each other. The girls dancing on the stage seemed amateur. There were a few beautiful girls, but what's the point if they are too busy chatting among themselves or disappearing upstairs right after getting off of the stage. The waitresses were also busy serving no one. I waited for almost 30mins until someone to come take a drink order. By that time my mood was ruined and I decided to leave. I was there to spend $$$ but I'd rather spend somewhere else. If you are not a regular or not getting a bottle service, don't bother coming to Rick's.
