Not too bad at Playmates

Arrived at Playmates around 11:30 on Saturday night. There was not a lot of parking available, so we had to park on the street. It’s a pretty nice looking club from the outside. Cover was 10 bucks. Surprisingly it was kind of dead when we walked in. I wonder if it was busy how much more parking would have been an issue. It did pick up somewhat before we left.

Nice looking club on the inside. There is 1 stage and there’s a tiprail/mini stage below the stage. 1 girl dances on the stage and 1 girl dances on the tiprail. The stage is too high to tip money, so where you would tip is when she goes on the tiprail. I think there were 2 song sets. Tipping on stage doesn’t seem to a big thing at Playmates. In the hour and half I was at Playmates I didn’t see any customers tip any of the girls on stage.

Speaking of tipping, they do have the tip parade. When the girl gets off stage, she comes around to the customers and asks for a tip. The tip parade here is not as bad as Booby Trap. At Playmates when the girl gets off stage she’ll come around and ask for a tip. At Booby Trap every girl regardless if she was at the stage or not will come around and ask for a tip.
