I'm giving Teddies a 'cautious' four.

It is very inconsistent and the neighbors seem to be on a project to permanently close this place. That is presenting some problems.

First, it seems the dancers would prefer to be working elsewhere in Bpt and seem to be 'strongarmed' into working at Teddies (much like they used to have to work at Pleasant Moments two days a week to get some stage time at Teddies). This makes for a very unmotivated crew. An unmotivated crew, in turn, leads to disappointed clientel. Which becomes a vicious circle.
