How does this place even stay open?

Traveling on business again in the Scranton area. It's been over a year since I've been to the Diamond Club. The dancers last night were pretty average. A few young, cute ones (skinny is how I like them) but for the most part..... the lineup was overweight and not much interested in putting on a stage show. It blows my mind that the dancers here were more interested in their phones and a handful of regulars than trying to interest non-regulars. I think only half of the girls bothered to come to my table and say Hi. I moved to the tip rail for most of the dancers at one point or another but there were definitely a few that didn't even deserve a few dollars for their stage effort. One, in particular, barely moved from the spot she decided to camp out at onstage. Hey, if you don't want to act a little sexy, then I'm not going to tip you while you're onstage. I badly wanted to spend a little money and take SOMEONE to the private area but I just couldn't bring myself to part with my money this night. I was pretty sure I would be pissed afterward. Sorry girls but act like you care. And management needs to pay attention to what is happening or they won't be open much longer. Just my opinion.
