Double Visions is as good as you’re going to get in Upstate NY. It’s not bottom of the barrel grandmas, but it’s certainly not Canadian top of the line strip club nirvana.
Its a bar, so they serve alcohol. The bartenders are pretty friendly and cute attractive. The stage is small and seperate from where you sit. Some of the dancers will venture off the stage to do a dance for tips in front of you, but you’re not leaning on the stage right next to them while they are dancing. The ceiling is too low on the stage for them to do anything tooacrobatic on the pole. Most dancers that work there don’t have much in the way of pole skills anyhow.
The dancers themselves are just ok. They’re all Upstate girls and it shows in how they dress. Sexy for them is just semi fancy underwear. If I were to use a sports metaphor, Double Vision is the farm team. If anyone had any real talent they’d move on to the majors quickly.
The dancers will ask if you want a dance in the main bar/stage area, but there is also a VIP area with couches and more private rooms. Nothing gets to intimate in either area.
Double Vision is a quick fix when you gotta have a drink and see some naked girls. Don’t waste your money here expecting any extras.
