Not much improvement
So, I recently stopped on a weekday early evening. I had hopes after hearing tha back dance corner had re-opened. When I walked in, I didn't see any dancers & almost turned around & left. I decided to get a beer & hang around for a bit. There were only 4-5 other customers sitting around nursing their drinks. I looked around & noticed a wall that is about 4 ft high blocking off the back dance area. At first I thought it was closed up again. I later realized there is a gate style swinging door built in to this wall. I thought, great, the wall will provide some privacy, I later learned, not so.
After a short while, a few dancers appeared. There was a mix of latinas & AA ladies. Some of them had very pretty faces. The one thing they had in common is they were all on the thicker side. Not a single slim or petite dancer among the group. A couple of them approached me for a dance & were polite when I declined. I'm not really in to thick girls so & decided to hold off to see if any other's would emerge from their changing room.
As I sat there, a guy headed back for a dance with one of tha latinas. That's when I noticed, the dance area is now lighted. The lights aren't super bright, but enough so that everything can be seen. Between the hight of the bar stools & the strtegically aimed lights, there is no privacy whatsoever. I was in a position that I could easily glance over & could see everything that was going on. Even from the bar, anyone can see what's happening. When I realized this, is when I decided it was time to go. I finished my beer & headed out. I'm not one that want's to be on display.
