I stopped by Scores of Palm Beach Wednesday afternoon for about an hour. The layout of the club is essentially the same as described in earlier reviews. The management reportedly has upgraded the private rooms located on what originally was a mezzanine overlooking the main stage. The club was busy for 1:30 on a weekday. In my experience, things don’t pick up until 4:00. I counted eight ladies working the floor and one on stage. The quality of the ladies was a bit better and younger than I remember with most in the 7-9 range. Each dancer was on stage for three songs and the ones I watched were totally nude by the third song. The ladies working the floor were cheerful and polite. They took no for an answer, but if you wanted to talk for more than a couple of minutes they expected it to lead to a drink or a private dance. The private dances take place in a back area and cost $15 before 7:00 and $25 after that. They didn’t appear to play games with the length of the songs as some clubs in the area do when running specials. One of the ladies pitched me for a private room. According to her, the room cost $100 to the club plus whatever “tip” I arranged with her. This was little less than I was quoted about two months ago. At that time I was told it was $128 to the club plus the “tip”. One new thing I noticed was the constant presence of a bouncer in the private dance area. While the two dances I got were good, it was clear that the bouncer’s presence put a damper as the dancer periodically looked over her should to check on him. In the future I plan to drop the bouncer a sizable tip and see if that changes things.
