Unnecessary Cover Charge

Arrived at about 6:00 PM. The doorman told me there was a cover charge of $10. I said that was OK if there were girls inside. He assured me there were girls. I paid, went inside and there were two girls. The first was not my type and had just finished dancing so she played pool with the doorman. The other girl was nice. Older with some tattoos, but nice long legs. I tipped her $4 during the dance, she acknowledged the tip but then after the dance was gone. No one else was left to dance. After waiting a while with an empty stage I left.

I am sure this is not normal, but it was my experience that day at 6 PM. It is my opinion that they should give the doorman the latitude of not charging a cover when there are not enough girls to go around.
