New 39th Street Venue is Old Lido with Lots of Class

As a long-term member of TUSCL and Lido, I went to their new 39th Street location on Thursday night and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the facilities were. The bar was all marble and fully stocked. The bathrooms were clean and all marble. The lap dance rooms had brand new plush carpeting, expensive leather sofas and detailed wooden wall carvings. The lighting was moderate at the bar area and dim by the lap dance area. The music was low in the bar area and more upbeat in the lap dance room. There was no DJ and appeared to be an electronic playlist. The vibe was relaxed. The crowd was mostly business suit and tie in the 35 to 55 age range.

There were about 40 to 45 dancers who were mostly 21 to 25 and a few older. The dancers were mostly white, a few hot Latin girls, 2 Asian girls and a tall black girl. The dancers were mostly in the 7 to 9 range with a few 10's. They were all well spoken and no ghetto girls and no stripper types with fake boobs. All Girl Next Door types, including some college girls and young professionals. One girl was a Registered Nurse and another girl was an IT professional dancing part-time. It was easy to start a conversation and there was no hustle to get a private room or have a dance right away. The dancers were friendly and seemed happy to meet you and liked working at Lido and the new venue.

The value was excellent as I came right from work and took advantage of their Early Bird special which was free admission and a free premium drink ticket. My second mixed premium drink was $15. I looked at the menu which was pricey and ordered the filet mignon for dinner which cost $38. The meal was on par with any top Manhattan steakhouse. After some delightful conversations over drinks and dinner, I had lap dances with an All American blonde who recently graduated from a top school in New York. The lap dance room was immaculate and very intimate and she gave a good grind. I decided to look no further and inquired as to private rooms. The room host showed me some very expensive private rooms, but I settled for a smaller room with a curtain. The cash price for the private room including the dancer for a half hour was under $500.
