First Time Experience, Long Review: Mistakes, Wins, & All

So this was my first time going to a foreign strip club. Having moved to San Diego recently, it had always been a bucket list item of mine to visit the famous Hong Kong Club. To sum up my experience, I would view it as a minor success. I went for sex, and left with that desire fulfilled without having to "break the bank" in terms of US prices. If you don't want to or can't read any further, my TLDR suggestion would be, make a visit to Hong Kong, it's an exciting, nerve wracking, but all together worthwhile unique experience you surely will not find in the United States.

Upon arriving at the Mexican border, my original plan was to find the Hong Kong limo/shuttle in order to get to the club. To my dismay, it was more difficult to coordinate with the club than I had thought so I ended up taking an Uber from the border to Hong Kong (~2 USD). Once I arrived at the club, there was the standard pat down security check and I was good to enter.

When you first get to the club, you are presented with these big black curtains that hide the debauchery going on inside. After walking through these curtains, I was engulfed in a purple neon room filled with Latina women of all shapes and sizes. It was a Wednesday night, so it was comfortably crowded with patrons, but nothing too hectic. I decided to walk around and check out all of the club first before deciding on a spot to watch and take it all in. After walking through the club, I will say it is smaller than I had imagined from all the rave reviews about Hong Kong. It is 2.5 floors (the 3rd floor seems like it's for the women only) but because of the layout of the couches and the women concentrated near the railings and stages, it feels much smaller a space than anticipated. Quick tips: say no to drinks from waiters if you want, it's okay to sit in an open chair even if it's next to another patron, bring 1s because everyone unspokenly expects that as a tip (especially if you look American, like me), people do smoke in the club so prepare for that. Anyway, enough about the club itself, let's talk about the women.
