Midtown Choice

Stopped by Rick's on a Thursday night after dinner - it had been a while since visiting this Midtown mainstay. The cover was $20, though I would note that there are VIP passes to be had inside if you ask around, which knocks the cover off in future visits.

The club itself is not small, but not exactly large either. It is furnished nicely, and the vibe is very cozy and comfortable - the place feels upscale, for sure. There is a main bar on the ground floor, with a main stage, but also a number of side "stations" where girls can be pole dancing in different areas. There were about 20-25 girls this night from what I can tell, and for the most part, many are friendly enough to at least hold a conversation for a bit. Dances are $20 on the floor. There are other VIP areas with different rates, but I did not partake in those this trip. Drinks can be pricey at the club, but that is too be expected in midtown Manhattan. Beers are $10-12, so you figure liquor is $20 or more depending on your order.

Overall, the club is well run and most importantly, has many beautiful ladies of mixed ethnicities. I would definitely recommend a visit!
