First and last

So I decided to stop into this place on a Thursday night after work, solely based on the 2nd review written about this place. Clearly, that was a club ad of some sort. I got there a little after 8:20, I assumed that the day shift would be gone, and the night shift would be there already. Wrong. The place was dead. Not a dancer to be found. I say ok, let me grab a drink and wait it out for a while. About 20 minutes later, I should have gone with my gut and bolted. Around 9:00pm, 2 latino types, each one weighing more than the other, came onto stage. No disrespect to anyone, but I’m not into the larger woman. If that’s your scene, then maybe this place is for you. But by 9:00pm on a Thursday, shouldn’t there be more the 2 dancers?

As for the bar itself, the area it’s in seems ok, not great , but not downtown Patterson either. Parking is on the street, so it could be an issue, but I found a place less than a block away. When you first walk into the place, there is a small bar in the front, and the main bar is in the back with the typical NJ go go bar stage behind it. Maybe 20+ bar stools around the bar. Not huge, but I’ve seen smaller. Not that this place was going to become a regular stop, but it certainly didn’t help when I first waked in, there were 2 guys sitting at the small front bar smoking. So the smell of the place is nasty. I mean, how do you explain stinking of cigarette smoke when you get home. So much for being against the law in NJ.

Since I bolted after one beer (maybe $6), I can’t comment of the lap dance quality, but I can say if you do get one, don’t expect any privacy. The other review mentioned the lap dance rooms and how great they were. These are a joke. There are 2 closets, for lack of a better word, when you first walk into the place on the right side along the wall. They go beyond not being private. There is this 100% see through white curtail hanging but they might just as well take it down, as it will do nothing. I can’t see much mileage in this place based on where these rooms are. Anyone sitting at the front bar will see everything that’s going on, as will anyone walking by.
