Couple-friendly and low-key

Went out with the boyfriend for date night - we're both very enthusiastic, but as is often the case, we weren't approached by many dancers other than the standard post-stage tip collecting. This isn't surprising - couples aren't always great money and can be a minefield - so we expect to work a little harder than if one or both of us were there solo. This was our second or third time at the Gold Club, and it was a surprisingly slow Saturday night, which helped a bit.

There were probably 7-8 girls working, some rotating in and out. Dancers take the stage for 2 songs, then go around collecting tips and selling dances. This is one of my favorite spots in Philly because it's easy to walk to, low-key and not pretentious, and the dancers are usually pretty friendly. They aren't always the hottest girls in Philly, and on any given night about half of them are clearly just going through the motions - but there are always a few solidly enthusiastic performers who are happy to chat and engage a bit. Out of all of the girls working on this particular night, about half were responsive when I (the female half) tried to engage them, and only one actively approached us - again, not unusual for a couple in most clubs. Solo men will get approached much more consistently and enthusiastically. The dancer that actively approached us was excellent, asking questions about our night and boundaries. Once she was comfortable that we were actually there to spend some money and enjoy the fantasy, we headed to the back for a dance.

Lap dances were a little more expensive than solo ($80 for both of us, so $40 each vs. the usual $30) but well worth it for the mileage. I typically get plenty of tit play (two-way) and wasn't disappointed this time. She asked about boundaries (again) at the beginning of the dance and didn't hold back when she understood that I wanted to see the BF receiving just as much contact as I was. She had no problem dividing her attention between us, which can be tricky. The BF and I both got plenty of nipple sucking, heavy grinding, and all that fun stuff. Individually I'd give her an enthusiastic 10 - the overall rating takes into account that most of the girls aren't quite as engaging. We spent a couple hundred on lap dances, probably another $30-40 on miscellaneous tips - a pretty standard night for us there.
