The bush company is an alaska institution. The vibe is more of a neighborhood bar than a strip club, the theme is like a log cabin bar very alaskan feel. There is only 1 stage and it does not have a pole.

The club has a long bar with seating in the back, L shaped booths scattered around both sides of the stage along with chairs at tables and seating across the semi circle main stage. The atmosphere is very relaxed, dancers come on shift around 4-5ish and some nights it picks up around 9-10pm.

There are pull tabs, cigarette machine and a pool table off in a corner which is kind of a nice isolated area where you could play a game of pool with a dancer during non peak hours. The club attracts good decent mature clientele who dont bring in any trouble at all, i think the club has made a conscience decision to not play much hip hop to avoid attracting a rowdy crowd but recently they have started to mix in more top 40 type music. Most of the music is country music and rock. Music level is perfect, you can still have a conversation without yelling. The dj isnt annoying but will make a shoutout every now and again reminding people to tip. Lighting is just right to where you can see where you are walking but its dark enough to provide that mystic so the dancer looks better than they would in daylight. There is a bit more lighting by the bar so if you really want to see what a dancer looks like bring her to the bar for a drink. For alaska the quality of the dancers is the highest youll find in state, id say 7/10 on average.
